Bernini Gallery is an art and historical design gallery dedicated to the research, presentation, and promotion of original works by the great Italian masters.
Founded to serve as a point of reference for collectors, designers, and connoisseurs, the Gallery safeguards an extensive historical archive and a unique collection of authentic furnishings that embody the legacy of Italian craftsmanship.
Its exhibition spaces are conceived as a fluid and immersive journey, where works engage in dialogue beyond time and context—revealing the artistry, innovation, and material sensibility that define the history of Italian design.
At the core of the collection are seminal works created for Bernini by Carlo Scarpa, Gianfranco Frattini, and Angelo Mangiarotti, each certified and documented as a testament to their enduring cultural and historical significance.
Bernini Gallery also preserves the historical rights to the Bernini name and its archive, a heritage of extraordinary rarity and value in the design world.
Over time, the Gallery has expanded its curatorial vision to include masterpieces by Gio Ponti, Osvaldo Borsani, and Ico Parisi, as well as contemporary works by Vincenzo De Cotiis and Daniele Daminelli, the latter creating exclusive pieces for the Gallery, presented at Miart.
In parallel, Bernini Gallery cultivates an important selection of modern artworks—by Carla Accardi, Alberto Biasi, Peter Halley, and Victor Vasarely—that enrich and complement its design narrative, establishing a distinctive dialogue between art and design.
Bernini Gallery does not produce furniture.
Rather, it brings to light unique and timeless objects—authentic expressions of great Italian design—through a curatorial vision that weaves together research, history, and contemporary sensibility, offering collectors and art lovers access to extraordinary pieces of enduring relevance.
